Bio
Ned (born Edmund Moorhous Swartz; February 15, 2006) is an American actor. He was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado where he started his professional career playing Ralphie in A Christmas Story. Through his elementary through high school years, he sang and danced his way through nine musicals, and then pivoted into acting and improv classes with his sights set on roles in television and film.
Ned has worked on a number of projects, ranging from student films to small-budget independent films, to bigger documentary-style stories to commercials and an episode on a television show. With his baby-face looks, he typically gets cast as an angsty, hormonal teenager!
Ned has years of training in acting, voice, dance and most recently, improvisation classes at Second City in Chicago. His dream is to be cast in the film adaptation of The Book of Mormon directed by Quentin Tarantino!
He currently lives in Los Angeles and continues to act, sing and tap while attending Loyola Marymount University.
